1. This offer is valid only on the purchase of Motorola BPR40™, CP150™ CP200™ CM200™ CM300™, PR400™ or PM400™ two-way radios between 11/1/2008 and 2/28/2009.

 

2. A minimum of 6 radios within the same product model family must be purchased to qualify for a FREE product – multiple orders count toward redemption.

 

3. Mixing between product series is not allowed for reaching a multiple of 6 radios purchased.

 

4. The free product(s) distributed will be equal to the lowest valued model purchased. Motorola reserves the right to substitute the free radio for like product. 

 

5. To receive your free product, you must completely fill out the online submission form (available at www.motorolapromotion.com). You will receive a confirmation page at the end of online submission process. Finalize your rebate submission by mailing in the following:

 

- Signed printout of completed online submission form confirmation page
