What are the terms of this rebate (including products and dates)?
· The Motorola RDX Trade-In Rebate promotion is valid only with the purchase of RDX Series™ radios between 4/1/2008 and 7/31/2008.
· A minimum of 6 radios must be purchased to qualify for 1 rebate submission.
· Each additional radio purchase after the initial 6 qualifies for additional rebate.
· Mixing between product series (RDX Series™, XTN Series™) is not allowed for reaching a multiple of 6 radios purchased.
· Limit of 6 total redemptions (36 radios purchased are eligible) per business/location.
How do I check the status of my rebate submission?
The ability to check the status of your rebate is integrated into the Motorola RDX Trade-In Rebate website. Once you have filled out the online Rebate Form (available starting April 1st) and mailed in your submission package, you can use the Rebate Status link to get the status of your rebate, or call toll-free 1-866-668-7271 to speak with a customer service representative who can provide your rebate status over the phone.
When will I receive my rebate?
You will receive your rebate from Motorola by mail within 4 to 6 weeks after your required rebate materials are received (see Rebate Terms and Conditions).
How can I find the serial number for my product?

On Motorola Two-way Radios, the serial numbers are located inside the battery compartment. Remove the battery cover and the battery to view the Motorola sticker inside. (See the photo illustration for example) Serial numbers are 10 characters in length. For example, a valid serial number could have the following construction: 123ABC1234 or 123ABCD123. The serial number can also be found on the product's bar code label (see below).
Where can I find the required 1” x 3” barcode label on the product packaging?

On Motorola Business Two-Way Radios, cut the 1” x 3” barcode label found directly on the product's packaging. (See the photo illustrations above) Only the barcode label that lists the product's model number and serial number can be accepted to approve the rebate.
What is your fax number? I would like to fax in my rebate submission.
Fax service is not available for sending in your rebate submission. The Motorola RDX Trade-In rebate requires that all documentation be mailed to the Motorola Rebate Headquarters at the following address:

What if I buy 6 radios early on in the promotional period and then buy additional radios later but still during the promotional period?
If all of your products have been purchased during the promotional period, the Motorola RDX Trade-In promotion allows you to submit a claim as long as it is postmarked by 8/15/2008.
What happens if I forget to mail in my invoice?
In order to approve a rebate submission, all requested backup documentation including a copy of your purchase invoice is required. Contact our Motorola Rebate Headquarters at 1-866-668-7271 and we will locate your rebate record and provide you with mailing instructions. Rebate submissions postmarked after July 18, 2008, will not be honored.
What happens if I forget to mail in the 1” x 3” barcodes for each radio purchased?
The 1”x 3” barcode label cut from the product packaging listing the product's model and serial number for each radio purchased are required. Rebate submissions sent in without all required materials will not be honored.
What if I purchased over 36 eligible products?
The Motorola RDX Trade-In promotion has a limit of 6 total redemptions (36 radios purchased are eligible) per business/location.
