Motorola RDX Trade-In Promotion Rules

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1.       This offer is valid only with the purchase of Motorola RDX Series™ and XTN Series™ two-way radios between April 1, 2008 and July 31, 2008.

 

2.       Offer excludes all bulk (non-packaged) purchased models.

 

3.       Minimum purchase of 6 radios on a single order.

 

4.       Receive a $20 Rebate on purchases of RDX 2 Watt radios PLUS an additional $20 Trade-in Rebate when an eligible radio unit is traded in. Possible rebate per unit total rebate: $40.00 

 

5.       Receive a $30 Rebate on purchased RDX 4 and 5 Watt radios PLUS an additional $30 Trade-In Rebate when an eligible radio is traded in. Possible rebate per unit total rebate $60.00

 

6.       Receive a $15 Rebate on purchased XTN Series radios. No additional rebate for trade-ins.

 

7.       Maximum of 36 rebate submissions per business location. Maximum dollar amount for redemptions:

      a.      RDX 2 Watt Radios $1,440.00

      b.      RDX 4 and 5 Watt Radios $2,160.00

      c.       XTN Series $540.00

 

8.       To receive rebates, completely fill out the online submission form (available at www.motorolasavings.com). Customer must print and sign the confirmation page at end of online submission process.

 

9.       To finalize the rebate process, you must MAIL IN the required items to qualify for the rebate (see Submission Process below).

 

10.   The 1 x 3 inch barcode can be found on the outside of the product packaging. See the HELP section on www.motorolasavings.com for assistance in locating the appropriate barcode label.

 

11.   Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the 1 x 3 inch barcodes from product packaging will not be accepted.

 

12.   A minimum of six radios on a single order within the same product series must be purchased to qualify for a rebate.

 

13.   Mixing between product series (RDX Series, XTN Series) will not count towards reaching the minimum purchase requirement of six (6) radios.

 

14.   Rebate checks cannot be sent to P.O.Boxes.

 

15.   Allow 4-6 weeks from receipt of your submission form to receive your rebate(s).

 

16.   Offer valid in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

 

17.   Motorola RDX and XTN Series two-way radio(s) cannot be returned once the rebate submission form has been submitted.

 

18.   Motorola is not responsible for lost, late mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail. Illegible or incomplete forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for promotion offer.

 

19.   This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers, rebates, coupons or discounts.

 

20.   Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under US Mail Fraud Statute (18 USC Section 1241-1242).

 

21.   This form has no cash value. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of 1 x 3 inch barcodes from product packaging is prohibited.

 

22.   All materials received become the property of Motorola, Inc. and will not be returned.

 

23.   Motorola reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time, and without any prior notice. Please make a copy of all materials submitted.

 

 

  

Products Eligible for Motorola RDX Trade-In Rebate in U.S. & Canada:

 

Motorola RDX Series™ and XTN Series™ two-way radios

 

 

Radios eligible for a trade-in rebate: Motorola or competitive brand business band two-way radios. Push-to-Talk (PTT) cellular products must include a PTT, quick talk button.

 

Radios specifically excluded from a trade-in rebate are any devices that fall into any of the following categories: FRS, GMRS, Marine, Amateur, Avionics, Scanners, CB Radios, SSB, Pagers, Cordless Telephones and Repeaters.

 

Submission Process:

The www.motorolasavings.com website powers the submission process. Use this site as a resource for frequently asked questions, to submit your rebate, and to check on your rebate status.

 

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to submit your rebate:

1)   Purchase a minimum of six radios on a single order within the same product series from an authorized Motorola Two-Way Radio Channel Partner. Retain the original or photocopy of the dealer invoice showing proof of purchase of eligible items.

 

2) Cut the 1”x 3” barcodes from each products packaging for every purchase. (Where can I find the 1”x3” barcodes?)

 

3)   Complete the online rebate form, following all instructions thoroughly.

NOTE: You will be asked to provide serial numbers from the products purchased (Where can I find the product serial numbers?)

 

3)      You must MAIL IN the following required items to be eligible for your rebate:

        - Signed copy of completed confirmation online submission form

- 1 x 3 inch barcode from original radio packaging for each radio

- A copy of the purchase receipt (packing slip not accepted)

- Eligible trade-in radio units (if applicable)
