Submission Process:
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to submit your rebate:
1) Purchase multiples of 6 MOTOTRBO Mobile or Portable radios from an authorized Motorola Two-Way Radio Channel Partner.
NOTE: Please remember to keep these items as you will need them for the rebate submissionprocess:
- The original or photocopy of the dealer invoice showing proof of purchase of eligible items
2) Complete the online rebate form, following all instructions thoroughly.
3) Mail in the required materials to be eligible for your rebate:
- A signed print out of your online rebate form confirmation page
- The original or copy of your dealer invoice (packing slips not accepted)

4) Use the Rebate Status tool to check on the status of your submission after you send it in.
5) Receive your rebate from Motorola within 4 to 6 weeks.

End User Rebate Terms & Conditions
Purchase multiples of 6 MOTOTRBO Mobile or Portable from an authorized Motorola Two-Way Radio
Channel Partner from March 7, 2008 through June 20, 2008 and qualify for a $400 rebate.
July 11, 2008. All corresponding paperwork must be sent to Motorola Rebate Headquarters at the address below; postmarked no later than July 18, 2008.

The original or photocopy of the dealer invoice showing proof of purchase of eligible items must be included with the rebate submission form.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of rebate. Rebate checks not cashed within 90 days of issuance are void and cannot be reissued.
Motorola assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail or rebate submissions. Illegible or incomplete rebate forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for rebate.
Motorola is not responsible for lost or stolen rebate checks. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
Eligible radios purchased cannot be returned once the rebate form has been submitted to Motorola.
The electronic rebate form has no cash value. Offer not available in conjunction with any other Motorola end-user promotional offer, rebate, coupon or discount. Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18 U.S.C. Section 1341-1343).
Channel Partner Terms & Conditions: Only US and Canadian Motorola Authorized Two-Way Radio dealerships are eligible for this promotion. Only dealers located within the United States and Canada may participate; this excludes dealers in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam.
Dealerships must be in good standing during and at the conclusion of the promotion period to qualify (Promotion period is March 7, 2008 – June 20, 2008).
Standard delivery and payment terms apply. No extended delivery dates are allowed under this promotion.
All transactions are subject to validation. Orders are subject to credit approval on your equipment account.
Motorola reserves the right to audit and disqualify any sales it deems invalid.
