1. This offer is valid only with the purchase of Motorola RDX Series™, Motorola CLS Series™ or Motorola DTR410™ two-way radios between 9/1/2008 and 12/31/2008. Offer excludes CLS1000, CLS1450c and all bulk (non-packaged) purchase models.
2. To receive your free product, you must completely fill out the online submission form (available at www.motorolasavings.com). Customer will receive a confirmation page at end of online submission process. To be eligible for free product, finalize your rebate submission by mailing in the following:
- Signed printout of completed online submission form confirmation page
- A copy of purchase receipt (packing slips not accepted)
- 1”x 3” barcode from product packaging for all radios purchased.
The 1”x 3” barcode can be found on the outside of the product packaging. See the HELP section on www.motorolasavings.com for assistance in locating the appropriate barcode label. Mail in all of the above requirements to the address provided. Redemption requests must be postmarked on or before 1/15/2009, and received by 1/31/2009.
3. "Your choice of 1 Free Radio, Six Unit Charger or H12 MOTOPURE Bluetooth Headset for every 6 radios purchased" - Minimum purchase of 6 radios of the same family. Mixing between product series (RDX Series™, CLS Series™, DTR410™) is not allowed for reaching a multiple of 6 radios purchased. The free product(s) distributed will be equal to the lowest valued model purchased. Motorola reserves the right to substitute product.
Limit of 8 total redemptions (48 radios purchased are eligible) per business location. Maximum redemption allowed is either 8 free radios, 8 free multi-unit chargers or a combination of free radios and multi-unit chargers equaling a total of 8 per business location.
- Maximum MSRP value of product is approximately $2,680.
4. Offer good only in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
5. Motorola RDX Series™ or CLS Series™ or DTR410™ two-way radio(s) cannot be returned once this original offer submission form has been submitted.
6. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail. Illegible or incomplete forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for offer.
7. Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the 1” x 3” barcodes from product packaging will not be accepted.
8. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers, rebates, coupons or discounts.
9. Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18 USC Section 1241-1242).
10. This form has no cash value. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of 1” x 3” barcodes from product packaging is prohibited.
11. Materials received become the property of Motorola Inc. and cannot be returned.
12. Motorola reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time, without any prior notice. Please make a copy of all materials submitted.
