Promotion Details & Terms & Conditions
 
·         Limit of 1 (one) rebate per qualifying system per household address. However, if multiple qualifying systems are installed in a single family dwelling, each qualifying system will earn a rebate.

·      System must be purchased from a participating contractor to be eligible for a rebate. 

·     A separate rebate redemption must be completed for each qualifying system.

·         Homeowner is responsible for submitting the rebate redemption confirmation form along with the itemized sales invoice from the installing contractor.
·         Purchase and Installation must be made within the promotion time limits (April 15, 2010 through November 15, 2010) and must consist of a Qualifying system as indicated on the Qualifying Product Matrix (Go To Matrix). All rebates must be postmarked no later than November 30, 2010.
·         All items purchased must be itemized and listed on the copy of the invoice from the installing contractor, INCLUDING APPROPRIATE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBERS.
·         Ruud is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, or illegible mail or for postage-due requests.
·         Reproduction, purchase, sale, or trade of the rebate redemption form, confirmation form, or other form of proof of purchase or invoice is prohibited. Other rights are not assignable or transferable.
·         Please allow 6 weeks for Rebate Check Processing after receipt of all required materials
·         Confirmation form and copy of sales receipt/invoice must be mailed to:
