- This offer is valid only with the purchase of Motorola RDX Series™, (RDV2020, RDV2080d, RDV5100, RDU2020, RDU2080d, RDU4100, RDU4160d) Motorola CLS Series, (CLS1110™, CLS1410™ or Motorola DTR410™ two-way radios between 3/1/2010 and 6/30/2010. Offer excludes CLS1000, CLS1450c and all bulk (non-packaged) purchase models.
- To receive your rebate, you must completely fill out the online submission form (available at www.motorolasavings.com). You will receive a confirmation page at the end of online submission process. Finalize your rebate submission by mailing in the following:
- Signed printout of completed online submission form confirmation page
- A copy of purchase receipt (packing slips not accepted)
- 1”x 3” barcode from product packaging for all radios purchased.
Send your rebate submission package to the address below. Redemption requests must be postmarked on or before 7/15/2010, and received by 7/31/2010.

- Rebate Offer:
Receive a $200 rebate for every five (5) DTR410 radios purchased
Receive a $150 rebate for every five (5) RDX Series radios purchased
Receive a $100 rebate for every five (5) CLS Series radios purchased
- A minimum of five (5) radios within the same product series must be purchased on a single invoice to qualify for the rebates. Mixing between product series (RDX Series™, CLS Series™, DTR410™) is not allowed.
Maximum of 10 total redemptions (50 radio units) are eligible for rebates per business location. Maximum redemption allowed is either $2,000 for DTR series, $1,500 for RDX series and $1,000 for CLS series purchased.
- Offer good only in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
- Motorola RDX Series™ or CLS Series™ or DTR410™ two-way radio(s) cannot be returned once this original rebate submission form has been submitted.
- Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail. Illegible or incomplete forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for offer.
- Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the 1” x 3” barcodes from product packaging will not be accepted.
- This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers, rebates, coupons or discounts.
- Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18
USC Section 1241-1242).
- This form has no cash value. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of 1” x 3” barcodes from product packaging is prohibited.
- Materials received become the property of Motorola Inc. and cannot be returned.
